Papers describing original work are invited in any of the areas listed below. Accepted papers will be published in the Proceedings of IEEE ISSPIT 2003. Acceptance will be based on quality, relevance, and originality.

Prospective authors are invited to submit full-length, four-page papers in two-column formats including diagrams and references. Authors can submit their papers as PDF or Postscript files, through the online submission system which will be available soon on this website.
